Shipping Policies

At Bee Sports, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and reliable delivery experience. Here are our shipping policies:

Delivery

Doorstep Delivery: All our deliveries are made directly to your doorstep for your convenience.

Dispatch Time: Most orders are dispatched on the same day or within 1-2 days of receiving the advance payment and purchase order from institutions.

Manufactured or Imported Products: For products that need to be manufactured or imported, additional time will be required. In such cases, we will notify the institutions about the expected timeline.

Shipping Partners

Bulk Shipments: We primarily use Safexpress, India’s No.1 logistics company, known for safe, secure, and fast door-to-door services across the country. Depending on the location, we may also use Gati, VRL, etc. We can also arrange specific transport methods as per customer demands.

Minor Shipments: These are dispatched through reliable courier services like DTDC, Professional Couriers, BlueDart, Delhivery, and India Post.

International Shipments: These are handled by FedEx, Aramex, and other reputed international couriers.
Delivery Timeframes

Major Bulk Shipments: Delivered approximately 5-7 working days after dispatch.

Air Courier Shipments: Delivered in 2-3 working days.

Surface Courier Shipments: Delivered in 5-7 working days.

Return and Replacement Policy

No Returns or Refunds: Once dispatched, products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Replacement Process: We provide replacements only in cases of damage, incorrect product (including model or color), or defects. To claim a replacement, customers must:

Record an unboxing video showing all shipping labels immediately after delivery.

Share the video, photos, and descriptions on the same day of delivery.

Packing and Delivery Charges

Free Packing and Delivery: All our products come with free doorstep delivery and free packing.
Additional Charges: In some exceptional cases, extra packing or delivery charges may apply. These will be notified to the customer before placing the order.

Shipment Tracking

Dispatch Notifications: Photos of parcels and transport bilty will be shared immediately after dispatch.

Daily Updates: Customers will receive daily notifications on the status of their shipments until delivery.

Delivery Day Coordination: On the day of delivery, we will connect with the local transport office to ensure smooth delivery and support any adjustments in favor of the client.
